Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Rhino Exclusive GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 9, 75417 Mühlacker, Email: shop@rhino-xc.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and completed the inspection of their condition, properties, and functionality.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The return must be made with tracking and, depending on the value of the goods, with sufficient transport insurance. We are happy to assist you in choosing the appropriate service provider or delivery service.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
